Mock-up gallery installation of ‘I Just Need a Moment’, Data Visualisation/Projection Mapping, Laurence Watts, 2023 (WIP)

This work will be developed into a livestream data visualisation, mapping new articles published online about climate change.
For each new article published online, a node will populate in the visualisation, branching out to link to additional nodes which map the articles it references and links to.
The network graph will be in a constant state of movement as it tries to stabilise itself against the consistent stream of new data.

Coding support for the development of this work is being provided by Flink Labs, Melbourne & RMIT School of Computing Technologies.
